In fact, it seems that JarResource strips off the padded "///".  Anyone

Thanks,

Re: problem with JarResource

Ikonne, Ike
Hi

This is what the code looks like; it works perfectly well
in Jetty 4.2, but is throws exception in Jetty 6.1.1

JarResource.extract(Resource.newResource(url.getFile()
                        ), warPathFile, false);

For some reason it doesn't work for me.

Thanks,

Ike

Re: problem with JarResource

John Michael Luy
Hi Ike.

Looking at Jetty's source code, it seems you need a jar url.
Can  you replace your url to something like:

jar:file:///C:/development/sspconfigurator-04122007/dist/conf/jetty/webservices/SspJsf.war!/

Hope this helps,
John
