pre release 6.1.2pre1

Jetty Pre-release 6.1.2pre1 is now available via http://jetty.mortbay.org

This fixes a few minor issues found in pre0

jetty-6.1.2pre1
 + JETTY-224 run build up to process-test before invoking jetty:run
 + Added error handling for incorrect keystore/truststore password in
SslSelectChannelConnector
 + fixed bug with virtual host handling in ContextHandlerCollection
 + added win32service to standard build
 + refactored cometd to be continuation independent

Thanks Greg, things are looking quite solid for me now.

I just have one page which occasionally causes stack dumps like the
following. I haven't managed to pin down the circumstances under which

Nice to see Jetty is getting more solid. Is there any more documentation
about Jetty's cometd implementation? I took a quick test of the demo. It was
nice and has multi-browser window support. But it seems that with more
browser windows open up in chat, the response becomes linearly slower. Just
wondering if there is something I can read before dive in the Javascript and
stuff.

I think that one is fixed in svn trunk as well.

The response slows down because it switches back to traditional polling
instead of long polling.

Documentation is slowly improving.... but has a way to go.
