[jetty-dev] Upgrading from Jetty 7.4.2 to 7.6.0

Chris Frost

Hi,

I'm making this upgrade on one of the Virgo maintenance branches and I've hit a problem that has got me completely stumped. I've already upgraded our main line of development to 8.1.0 with little problem so what ever has changed going to 7.6 has gone away in 8.1. Basically, it falls over when it tries to compile any JSP page. No Taglibs on the page and nothing else has changed from 7.4.2 where our app worked fine. Just wondering if anyone on here knows what I've missed?

That class is present in the org.apache.jasper.glassfish_2.1.0.v201110031002.jar artifact.
Is there something about the osgi setup for jsps that is preventing it from being seen?

Hi,

Yeah, I have that class and it's getting started how I would expect. Do you have any idea which bundle should be importing it? It's not the web app bundle as I tried that one.

Chris.
