Summary: HttpTunnel ends in a timeout

Initial Comment:
When using a ProxyHandler to establish a http tunnel
via CONNECT method, the underlying socket is always
closed after a static 30 seconds timeout. Then any
tunnel session gets dropped, no matter if it's still
active.
I wrote a patch (for jetty-5.0.0, but it should apply
to 5.1.X, too) to make it a dynamic timeout.

Thanks.  patch applied, but I moved the copyCounted method
out of IO as I'm not sure it's actual logic is generic
enough with regards to the -1 return.
