SocketListener#setIdleTimeMs(int) (actually a method of ThreadPool)
and read the tutorial for how to set if using XML config.
You will find that your SocketListener is already being given a value in the
sample XML config file supplied with the distro. Just change this value.
BTW, Jetty is smart, and uses a shorter time (lowResourcePersistTimeMs) if the
number of free threads gets too small.
