[Jetty-support] ContextLoader in 5.1.11

Tony Thompson
In Jetty 5, ContextLoader creates JAR files in the temp directory for resources it apparently extracts from a WAR file:
File jar= File.createTempFile("Jetty-", ".jar", lib);

Is there a reason why these JAR files can't be deleted when the context is shut down instead of when the JVM shuts down?  It seems like these JAR files hang around if the context is restarted a lot and they don't get deleted all the time when the JVM is shut down (for various reasons).  Or, could the contexts temp space be cleared when it is starting up?
